MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL 2021-22
As we get closer to renewals, the Membership Team wants to make sure that we have everything in place to insure a smooth renewal for all.
Please log into your membership account and verify that the information we have is correct. A number of you have moved this past year and need to update your mailing address. While you are logged in, please check your phone number, primary email address, and verify the key numbers we have on file are the actual keys that you hold.
Invoices for the 2021-22 year will post on April 1 and payment is due at the Annual meeting, Monday, May 3. The Membership Team will be at the Clubhouse before the meeting (5:00 – 6:45) to collect payment from those individuals who wish to pay in person.
Of note, we have added the Work Assessment Fee ($80) to the Membership Fee so it will appear as a single item rather than two separate invoices. If work hours have been submitted for you, they will appear as a credit on your account. Please apply the credit to your invoice and submit payment for the difference.
If you have worked your hours but do not see a credit, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can look into it. When emailing, please include date worked, number of hours, and what event/station you worked.
