Course Information
No Ammunition in classroom area allowed. Class instructional portion will be held outside (Range A). Class intended for individuals from little knowledge or experience to minimal exposure in shooting Pistols. If no pistol owned, some will be provided for shooting experience. If an owned pistol is desired to be used - bring it. Classroom time will be 4 hours. Range time will be limited to 2 hours. 30 minute break between Classroom and Range. Lunch not provided, bring own if desired. Topics to be covered in classroom setting: Safety Ammunition Different pistols types and how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. Shooting mechanics Shooting fundamentals Handling common malfunctions and stoppages Shooting at range An RSO (Range Safety Officer) will be overseeing all aspects to ensure a safe shooting line. Instructors will be on firing line to assist in the shooting experience. Hearing protection and Eye protection will be required. Some .22 pistols will be provided. Own pistol allowed on shooting range. Bring ammunition, no limitation (just time available). If bringing a pistol ensure proper ammunition brought. If no pistol owned, bring .22 ammunition (100 rounds recommended).

Additional Information
COVID-19 precautions are encouraged. It is recommended to bring a comfortable chair to sit in for classroom discussion. Some seating will be available, but padding suggested (metal chairs). Bring water for hydration. Watch weather reports. Dress accordingly. Open Toe shoe shoes strongly discouraged.
