  • Cascade Shooting Facilities member, CSF wait-list, and general public.
  • Current NRA membership

Course Information

  • The class will start at 7 AM and finishes about 6:00 PM (after tests graded).
  • Please bring snacks and a lunch. Some may opt drive to 4 Corners to eat lunch.
  • Test is Open Book. You will have the test to work on during breaks and lunch times.
  • Supplies each individual should bring to class:
    • Pencil and/or Pen ( a highlighter recommended)
    • Paper (for notes and exercises)

Costs / Course Fees / Refunds

  • The RSO training materials are covered by CSF
  • NRA membership is individual responsibility (annual, life, etc.) 
  • Rating costs for NRA RSO is individual responsibility ($35 every 2 years for NRA members, $60 for all others) 
  • There is a $75 refundable fee to reserve a seat for the NRA RSO class. 
  • Registration is done online. 
  • The $75 will be refunded/returned after volunteering for 4 public shooting event shifts (only applies to CSF and wait-listed individuals).
  • If anyone does not show for their reserved spot, the payment will not be refunded.
  • Performing RSO duties must be done within 1 year of training completion (date of class) to receive the $75 refund.
  • Cancellation must be received 5 days before the event for a refund. This will allow time for others to fill vacated spot. Cancellation will be done online.
